Website Purchases TOP Most website sales are eligible for exchanges, however sale items, handbags, jewelry and home accents are a final sale and are non-refundable not eligible for exchanges.

We'll place your exchange order and charge your card for your new item immediately. This will help ensure the size you need is
in stock. Then, all you need to do is return your original item and once audrey * k has received your return we will then credit your your account. Also audrey * k does not pay for your cost to return your items.
We highly recommend that you send your return via UPS, Fed EX, or insured US Mail. Items sent but not received by audrey * k will NOT receive credit for the return.
All items sent back must be returned with the original receipt. Without it, we will not be able to process your exchange.Your exchange must be postmarked within 15 days of the
initial ship date. Returns received after 20 days will be returned for
store credit only, and may be subject to a 50% restocking fee on the
price of the item(s). Exchanges received in worn condition will
not qualify to be exchanged and may be subject to a 50% restocking fee on the price of the
item(s). Exchanges can only be issued to your original payment method. Shipping
is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a
shipping error.
In-Store Purchases Sale items, dresses, handbags, jewelry, and intimates are FINAL sale. Exchanges or store credit for all other items must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase with tags attached, unworn and with the original receipt at the time of service.
